eFileMyForms offers tiered pricing. The more forms/filings you submit in a single order, the less expensive each filing will be. The prices shown are per form filed by service. State filing is an optional service that can be included in any ACA order. Filings per order represent the number of forms filed in a single order (filing volume doesn't accumulate across multiple orders).

This chart shows pricing for 1095-B and 1095-C ACA (Affordable Care Act) forms. ACA Direct state filing is available for $1.49 per form for the following states only: California, Massachusetts (MA 1099-HC), New Jersey, Rhode Island and the District of Columbia.

ACA add-on service: direct state reporting

Direct ACA state filing is available for a one-time annual setup fee of $99 to access the state reporting service and $1.49 per form fee. The subscription fee will be charged to the first order of the tax year and the $1.49 per form fee will be charged for all state-eligible forms on that order. The ACA direct state reporting service is for eligible states only. See the Affordable Care Act Reporting Services page for more details.
