Standard print & mail cutoff

• Print and mail orders can generally be submitted up until 9:00 AM CST on the IRS due date (February 2nd for 2025 filings since January 31st falls on a weekend).
• Orders submitted after this deadline will still be processed for mailing to recipients. These orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Rush pricing for print & mail orders

eFileMyForms offers same-day printing and mailing for 1099 and W-2 forms to help ensure your recipient copies are postmarked on time, even when you’re filing close to the deadline.

Rush fee timing

For orders submitted on or after January 28, 2026, a $1.00 per form additional rush fee will be applied to all print and mail orders.

The rush fee applies to any form due to the IRS on January 31 (February 2, 2026 for 2025 filings), including 1099 and W-2 forms.

Important Notes

• Rush pricing applies only to print and mail services. Electronic filing only orders are not subject to rush fees.
• All orders placed between January 28th and February 2nd, 2026 will be subject to the rush fee. eFileMyForms does not offer any options to delay filings on the order date.
