Troubleshoot a declined payment

If your payment was declined, check the following before contacting support.

Billing address and ZIP code

Make sure the billing address and ZIP code you entered match what your credit card issuer has on file. Even a small difference, such as an abbreviated street name or an incorrect ZIP code, can cause a payment to fail. If you're unsure what address your card issuer has on file, check your card statement or log in to your bank's website.

US-issued cards only

We only accept US-issued credit cards with US billing addresses. If your card was issued by a foreign bank or has a non-US billing address, you'll need to use a different card.
