When am I eligible for a refund?

You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your order with customer support before it's been processed for printing or eFiling. If you cancel your order, you can choose to receive a refund or a filing credit that can be used to file forms of an equal value in the future.

Refunds may take up to 2 weeks. Refund requests for orders in January and February may be delayed longer due to the increase in transactions during those months.

Clicking Void Term on a form doesn't make you eligible for a refund. If you want to be issued a refund or filing credit, contact customer service.
