Release Notes

• Form management: 
  • We added a Clone Form to In-Progress action for cancelled forms. If a form was cancelled by you or by the Service Bureau, you can now copy the information into a new, editable form. This is available for individual forms or in bulk for entire orders.
  • We improved the batch form cloning process to preserve original filer addresses and department details during duplication.
  • The 1095 data health check now processes large datasets and complex form relationships faster.
• Checkout: Updating your billing address after a declined payment now recalculates sales tax and order totals automatically. A summary window confirms the new total before payment, and any overpaid funds are returned to your account balance.
• Order management:
  • We redesigned the Order Detail page with a cleaner layout. The cost breakdown, including taxes, credits, and discounts, now displays in a dedicated summary section.
  • The table listing the forms has improved spacing, clearer borders, and a new Bulk Actions menu to help you manage multiple forms at once.

• Performance: We improved filer history retrieval, order search, and data management speed, even with large data volumes. 
• Account management:  
  • We updated the notification language, including renaming "Fraud hold" to "Account hold," so account status and next steps are clearer. 
  • We refined fraud detection weighting and raised the threshold for account holds to reduce false positives. High-risk activity is still flagged, but trusted accounts move through without unnecessary interruptions. 
• Forms: We updated form voiding rules to prevent forms from being voided when an associated payment is declined. Form and payment statuses now stay in sync.
• Refunds: We updated the refund process for orders where the original payment was made more than 180 days ago. Refunds for these orders are now issued as account credits when a credit card refund is no longer possible.

Bug fix

• Filers: We fixed a problem where the Filers grid displayed recipients when sorting. You can now sort the Filers page and see the correct data.
